Free Coffee Screwup
Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf got into the same trouble Starbucks had a few years back. They gave away online printable coupons for free Tea Lattes. The problem was, the coupons didn’t have any unique identification code or anything like that so people ended up forwarding the coupon to everybody and mass printing them. Big mistake.

Tumblr!
I’m new to using tumblr! It’s pretty cool as it turns out. The UX is awesome! This is great for me since I’ve always wanted to have a blog but I never find the time (in other words I’m too lazy) to write long blog posts. Tumblr is fixes this because now I can have a blog yet not have to write long posts. Expect more posts from me :)
